women`s development

Women`s development refers to the establishment of equal opportunities and status for women in education, health, economy and society, thereby improving their empowerment and quality of life. These include eliminating discrimination against women, enhancing their skills and ensuring their effective participation in national development.

Key aspects of women`s development:

 • Education and awareness: Increase literacy and education rates among women and raise awareness of their rights in society.

Economic empowerment by: To create employment, training and equal pay opportunities for economic self-reliance.

• Social standing: Ensure equal rights, respect and dignity for women in society.

• Elimination of violence and discrimination: Take effective measures to eliminate all forms of discrimination and violence against women and children.

• Administrative and political participation: Increase women`s participation in decision-making processes and in political and administrative fields.

• Improvement of healthcare: Increase access to healthcare for women and raise awareness of other health issues including reproductive health. Women development not only improves the quality of life of individual women, but it is also an essential part of the overall development of the country.
